The Uhuru Umoja postpaid plan allows you to call any network in Kenya for the same rate throughout the day.

If you are a new Celtel customer and wish to sign up for this plan simply visit your nearest Celtel Shop, sign a contract to get your Celtel line.

If you are an existing Celtel customer and would like to migrate to the Uhuru postpaid plan simply sign the attached ‘Acceptance slip’ sent with your next bill and send back to Celtel via email or fax. Alternavively you can visit your nearest Celtel shop.
