Help for Prepaid customers

If you are a Celtel Prepaid subscriber, dial 710 from your mobile phone or 0733 100 710 from any phone, or + 254 733 100 710 if you are abroad.

Help for Postpaid customers

To call us, just dial 700 from your Celtel phone if you are a Celtel Postpaid subscriber. You can also dial 0733 100700 from any phone, or + 254 733 100700 if you are abroad.

Help for corporate customers

Our corporate advisors spend time understanding your business. They work as part of your team to make sure that you make the most of Celtel. Ask to speak to a corporate advisor by dialling 720 from your phone. You can also dial 0733 100 720 from any phone, or + 254 733 100 720 if you are abroad and we will put you in touch with a corporate advisor.
