How do I get Connected PREPAID?

For New Customers

1. UHURU Kwa JAMII plan is what is available on the shelf for sale.
2. There will be 1 Free migration for every New Connection bought.
3. The migration from existing prepaid tariff plans to any Rate Plans and subsequent migrations after 1st free one will attract a charge of Kshs 20.
4. To change tariff simply dial *123# and on the response flash SMS dial the number desired for the RatePlan you wish to change to as below.
   1 for Umoja
   2 for Jamii
   6 for Mambo

How do I get Connected POSTPAID?

For New Customers

1. Visit your nearest Celtel Shop
2. Sign contract and make necessary payments – Documents: ID and PIN copy.
3. Get line and start talking after 24 hours.

Existing Customers who would like to Switch

1. Should write a letter requesting for the change to the New RatePlan and clear due invoices.
2. Migration will be effected at the beginning of the next month.
3. Those on Tier Offer RatePlans will have an extra monthly fee for the remaining number of months as OCC’s as below: -
   Tier 1: Kshs 900
   Tier 2: Kshs 1300
   Tier 3: Kshs 1700
