This service is a feature that allows you to forward your incoming calls to another phone. You activate and deactivate the feature using your telephone.

How to activate call forward

• Type **002*[Forward Number]#
• Press SEND
• To check if call forward has been activated, type *#002#
• Press SEND

How to deactivate call forward

• Type ##002#
• Press SEND
