What is Prepaid Roaming?

Prepaid Roaming is the facility of using your Prepaid mobile connection even when you are outside Kenya. This means that when you are traveling in other countries you can use your Celtel connection.

Roaming OUT

This is a service offered by Celtel, which allows subscribers to use their mobile phone and its services while traveling outside the Celtel Kenya network.

Roaming IN

This is a service offered by Celtel, which allows foreign subscribers to use their mobile phone and its services while traveling in the Celtel Kenya network.

Who is eligible for Prepaid Roaming?

Prepaid roaming is available to all Celtel prepaid subscribers i.e. subscribers on the following tariff plans – Celtel 30, Celtel 30F and Celtel 40.

Where all can I travel with my Celtel SIM?

Celtel subscribers can make and receive calls from anywhere (wherever Celtel Kenya Roaming partners are available).
