Steps to Create a Voicemail box- Dial 555 and follow the instructions. A Voicemail box will be created for the subscription.
- If you do not setup your Voicemail box but somebody calls you and leaves a message, the Voicemail box will automatically be created.
If you would like to divert your calls to voicemail while roaming, kindly note that before roaming you must activate the Call Forwarding and create your Voicemail box while still in Kenya. Celtel Kenya offers all subscribers the option of recording your own Voicemail message, or using a pre-recorded message asking callers to leave their details. How to self-delete or self-deactivate Voicemail Service Cancel the Call Forwarding to the Voicemail by either: - Performing the Call Forwarding cancellation via the phone set menu by removing/deleting the Call Forwarding numbers saved in the phone set menu or
- Sending the code to cancel all Call Forwarding and the Voicemail box will be deleted after some days. The codes are as shown below:
