How to listen to your Voicemail messages

Your phone will alert you if somebody has left a Voicemail message for you. Most phones will make a sound. Then your phone will display a text message that tells you there is a Voicemail message for you.

How to pick up your messages

• Dial 555
• Press SEND

You are now connected to the Voicemail service. Just follow the spoken instructions to pick up your messages.

How to pick up your messages when you are travelling or Roaming

Your Voicemail box will still be accessible whilst you are roaming abroad. When you are roaming abroad, make sure that your secret code is active before you depart from Kenya. Then from your Celtel mobile: dial +254 733 followed by the first 6 digits of your Celtel mobile phone number (i.e. +254 733 073 XXX) and follow the instructions.

How to pick up your messages from another phone

When you want to pick up your messages from any other phone from within Kenya:

• Dial 0733 XXXXXX (the first 6 digits of your phone number e.g. if your number is 0733 100700 you will dial +254 733 073310)
• Press SEND
• Enter your mobile number followed by #
• Enter your PIN number followed by #
